Enjoy our classic sourdough as a tinned loaf. It’s larger than our regular sourdough ovals and as it’s baked in a tin, it has a slightly lighter crust. It’s the perfect loaf for sandwiches.

Free delivery to TR1 postcodes on orders over £15 — or just £3.50 if your order comes in under that. Prefer to collect? You’re welcome to pick up from our collection point in Truro (TR1 3ND) — it’s free – see full details. 

Deliveries are made in recyclable paper packaging so if you won’t be in, please include details of a dry place to leave your order on the checkout page. Many customers leave out a large plastic box. 

Ingredients

  • Shipton Mill stoneground white wheat flour,
  • Shipton wholemeal wheat flour,
  • Water 
  • Sea salt
  • Rice flour (for dusting)
  • Rye (wheat) flour.

Allergens

  • Wheat (containing gluten)

Please note, our small kitchen handles gluten, egg, milk, mustard, nuts, peanuts, sesame, soya and sulphur dioxide so small traces of these allergens may be present in our food.

Weight/Size

The dough is weighed to 1100g, but please be aware the final weight will be less after baking.
