Everything is made in small-batches (by hand) and baked by Josh so it’s just a few hours out of the oven when you receive it.

A self-confessed foodie and lifelong baker, in 2023 I gave up my corporate 9-to-5 marketing job to setup a micro bakery from my home in Truro, Cornwall.
