‘Just out the oven’ bread, cookies and buns
Everything is made in small-batches (by hand) and baked by Josh so it’s just a few hours out of the oven when you receive it.
After two and a half years of weekly markets, I’m taking a step back from Wildes to put more time into other projects. It’s not the end though – I’m hoping to come back for one-off pop-ups, events and even the baking workshops I’ve been promising for a while. When something’s in the diary, you’ll find it on the page below.

A self-confessed foodie and lifelong baker, in 2023 I gave up my corporate 9-to-5 marketing job to setup a micro bakery from my home in Truro, Cornwall.
