Everything is made in small-batches (by hand) and baked by Josh so it’s just a few hours out of the oven when you receive it.

I’m Josh, Owner and Baker at Wildes Bakery
A self-confessed foodie and lifelong baker, in 2023 I gave up my corporate 9-to-5 marketing job to setup a micro bakery from my home in Truro, Cornwall. I bake weekly, making everything from scratch using the best ingredients and deliver directly to your home or workplace in Truro so you can have delicious artisan bread without going to the shops.
