Dark and crunchy on the outside with a soft chewy interior, our 24-hour fermented sourdough uses just a few simple ingredients but is packed with flavour. A classic breakfast staple, our sourdough makes the best toast in town and epic chunky sandwiches. 

We include free delivery to TR1 postcodes or if you’re outside this area, you can collect from our pick-up point in Truro – see full details. 

Deliveries are made in recyclable paper packaging so if you won’t be in, please include details of a dry place to leave your order on the checkout page. Many customers leave out a large plastic box.

  • Shipton Mill stoneground white wheat flour,
  • Shipton wholemeal wheat flour,
  • Water 
  • Sea salt
  • Rice flour (for dusting)
  • Rye (wheat) flour.

Please note, this item is prepared in a kitchen that uses all common allergens such as nuts, eggs, milk and sesame.

Weight/Size

The dough is weighed to 900g, but please be aware the final weight will be less after baking.
