We go the extra mile to brown the butter and toast the milk powder used in the cookies which gives them a deep caramel flavour.

Deliveries are made in recyclable paper packaging so if you won’t be in, please include details of a dry place to leave your order on the checkout page. Many customers leave out a large plastic box.

    • Belgian milk chocolate chips (sugar 42.0%; cocoa butter 24.0%; whole milk powder 22.5%; cocoa mass 11.0%; emulsifier: soya lecithin <1%; natural vanilla flavouring <1%)

The dough for each cookie is scaled to 85g but the final weight after baking will be less.
