One of our favourite breakfast treats (and a twist on the classic almond croissant), this pastry is made by layering our popular brioche dough with a buttery almond filling, then it’s twisted into a beautiful knot. Delicious devoured on its own or alongside a strong coffee to start the day in style.

Deliveries are made in recyclable paper packaging so if you won’t be in, please include details of a dry place to leave your order on the checkout page. Many customers leave out a large plastic box.

  • Shipton Mill white wheat flour,
  • Water

  • Butter (cow’s milk and salt)
  • Caster sugar
  • Egg
  • Whole milk 
  • Sea salt
  • Ground almonds
  • Icing sugar
  • Almond extract
  • Flaked almonds

Please note, our small kitchen handles gluten, egg, milk, mustard, nuts, peanuts, sesame, soya and sulphur dioxide so small traces of these allergens may be present in our food.

Weight/Size

Each bun will weight about 100g after baking, but as these buns are made by hand, sizes will vary slightly.
