We hope you love your order from Wildes. However, if you’d like to return an item, please contact us at josh@wildescornwall.com within 14 days of delivery to let us know you wish to return it. We’ll confirm the next steps and where to send your return.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging and condition. As our products are food items, we cannot accept returns of any opened or partially used goods.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email us within 14 days of receiving your order with your details and photos if possible, so that we can resolve the issue promptly.

Unless an item is faulty, customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll confirm whether a refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
