Our classic brioche dough knotted with brown sugar, butter and a mixture of spices including cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom. This buns is soft, sweet and lightly spiced with beautifully buttery edges! 

We include free delivery to TR1 postcodes or if you’re outside this area, you can collect from our pick-up point in Truro – see full details. 

Deliveries are made in recyclable paper packaging so if you won’t be in, please include details of a dry place to leave your order on the checkout page. Many customers leave out a large plastic box.

  • Shipton Mill white wheat flour,
  • Water 
  • Yeast
  • Butter (cow’s milk and salt)
  • Egg
  • Whole milk 
  • Sea salt
  • Cinnamon
  • Nutmeg
  • Cardamom
  • Brown sugar

Please note, our small kitchen handles gluten, egg, milk, mustard, nuts, peanuts, sesame, soya and sulphur dioxide so small traces of these allergens may be present in our food.

Weight/Size

Each bun will weight about 100g after baking, but as these buns are made by hand, sizes will vary slightly.
