Our classic Danish style rye bread is made with a mix of rye and wholemeal flour, plus a good mix of sunflower seeds for a beautiful dense but moist texture. Perfect sliced thinly and topped with your favourite meats, cheeses or veggies for an epic open sarnie.

We include free delivery to TR1 postcodes or if you’re outside this area, you can collect from our pick-up point in Truro – see full details. 

Deliveries are made in recyclable paper packaging so if you won’t be in, please include details of a dry place to leave your order on the checkout page. Many customers leave out a large plastic box.

  • Shipton Mill rye flour,
  • Shipton wholemeal wheat flour,
  • Water 
  • Sea salt
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Honey
  • Barley Malt extract
  • Oil (for greasing tins)
  • Rice flour (for dusting)

Allergens

  • Wheat, Rye and Barley (containing gluten)

Please note, our small kitchen handles gluten, egg, milk, mustard, nuts, peanuts, sesame, soya and sulphur dioxide so small traces of these allergens may be present in our food.
