Rhubarb and Custard Brioche Bun

A delicate brioche bun topped with vanilla infused creme patisserie and seasonal rhubarb roasted in fresh orange. Our brioche is made over two days and laced with butter and lots of eggs to give it a light, rich pillowy texture. Great for a light brunch or a treat any time of day.

Storage note – as these buns contain creme patisserie (baked custard) they should be eaten within a couple of hours of delivery or stored in the fridge and eaten within 24 hours. Please don’t order these buns for pick-up as they shouldn’t sit in our collection cabinet for many hours.

  • Butter (cow’s milk and salt)

  • Rhubarb,
  • Orange.

Please note, this item is prepared in a kitchen that handles gluten, egg, milk, mustard, nuts, peanuts, sesame, soya and sulphur dioxide so traces of these allergens may be present in our food. 

Weight/Size

Each bun will weight about 90g after baking, but as these buns are made by hand, sizes will vary slightly.
