Super soft, deeply spiced and flecked with currants, sultanas and peel, Hot Cross Buns are one of our all time favourite bakes so we’ve been working on this recipe for some time. Whether you like them toasted and slathered in butter or devoured as they are, these beautiful buns make Easter that bit sweeter. 

We include free delivery to TR1 postcodes or if you’re outside this area, you can collect from our pick-up point in Truro – see full details. 

Deliveries are made in recyclable paper packaging so if you won’t be in, please include details of a dry place to leave your order on the checkout page. Many customers leave out a large plastic box.

  • Mixed Italian peel (preservative sulphur dioxide)

Weight/Size

Each bun will weight about 120g after baking, but as these buns are made by hand, sizes will vary slightly.
